What is the ABC Quick Check? • The ABC Quick Check must be performed EVERY TIME you start to ride your bike after a break. • It is a memory device to remind you to check: Air, Brakes, Chain/Cassette, Quick releases, and Check ride • For a detailed explanation go to the League of American Bicyclists at www.bikeleague.org Let’s try question #1
