  2. HEALTHY HAIR A healthy head of hair needs to be nourished to grow strong and long. Hair grows when it's well-nourished and healthy. You can easily find high-protein foods and you will notice a decrease in hair loss if you do. Non-vegetarians can eat turkey, chicken, and egg yolks. Vegetarians have a variety of options, including Greek yogurt and beans.
