Celebrities like Ashley Graham, Hailey Bieber, and Bella Hadid have all worn electrifying neon-green outfits, solidifying that this trend is a thing.

  2.  For Starter- Keep it Simple! If you are beginning with neon, then try to go with one color at a time on one garment, and let it stand out on its own.
