Hotel Monaco Seattle…
“Serious Fun and Damn Good Food!” is the tagline of Sazerac, by far one of downtown Seattle’s hippest dining spots. Renowned Chef Jan Birnbaum succeeded in creating a high-energy atmosphere at the 185-seat Sazerac - named for a potent New Orleans cocktail. Sazerac's open, high-ceilinged room, elevated exhibition kitchen and vibrantly designed interior make for a stylish destination.
Executive Chef Jason McClure highlights Birnbaum’s Southern Louisiana roots in the clean and flavorful food found on the menu. Sazerac's Southern-inspired American cuisine and not-your-everyday meals, make each visit memorable. Sazerac cleverly combines its Southern-inspired drawl with the cuisines of the nearby wine country, the Pacific coast and local farms. McClure makes flavors sing, whether with the restaurant's wood-burning oven, smoker, rotisserie or grill. Be sure to save room for dessert!
