The two-year full-time Master of Public Health (MPH) degree programme, has an advanced and globally benchmarked curriculum which incorporates all the knowledge requirements of a future public health professional. The course structure has various pedagogical aspects to handle the most coveted areas in health sciences and public health research, including epidemiology, biostatistics, health policy, and nutrition.   2. problems and using time-tested as well as novel public health skills gained through the experiential learning at Symbiosis University Hospital and Research Centre (SUHRC), Symbiosis Community Outreach Programme and Extension (SCOPE) adopted villages, and various eminent government organizations, such as the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), National Health Mission (NHM), National Institute of Health and Family Welfare (NIHFW), Serum Institute of India (SII), State Health Systems Resource Center (SHSRC), non-government organizations, such as Deepak Foundation, Healis, Sneh Foundation, Deep Griha Foundation, and Myna Foundation, and various hospitals across India. PROGRAM OUTCOMES - 1. To prepare professionals with the technical and managerial skills who strengthen the Public Health system. 2. To train and develop a cadre of competent public health policy makers, managers, practitioners, educators and researchers. ELIGIBILITY - Graduate from any recognized University/ Institution of National Importance with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent grade (45% marks or equivalent grade for Scheduled Castes/ Scheduled Tribes. Candidates appearing for final year Bachelor’s degree examination may apply, but their admission will be subjected to obtaining a minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST)

  3. INTAKE - MPH : 20 seats HOW TO APPLY Admission Procedure for Master of Public Health: The Programme commences on Tuesday, 15th July, 2025. For seeking admission to the MPH programme at Symbiosis Institute of Health Sciences students should complete the following procedure: Step I : The applicant must register and pay at: https://siu.jshinfo.com/SIUPGFY25/Register/ Registration is mandatory, without which the applicant will not be considered for the PI (Personal Interaction) process.. Step II : You will be called for PI (Personal Interaction). Step III : The decision will be intimated to the selected candidates through email. Step IV : The admission process will be considered completed only after the verification of all the submitted documents and payment of the 1st installment of MPH Academic Fees. Documents required at the time of Admission: 1. Certificate of passing the qualifying examination (Graduation, 10th Std & 12th Std) 2. Mark list (Graduation, 10th Std & 12th Std) 3. Transfer Certificate or Leaving Certificate in original

  4. 4. Migration Certificate in original 5. Registration Certificate of respective councils (if applicable) 6. Character Certificate / No Dues Certificate 7. Work Experience / Gap Certificate if applicable 8. Certificate of change of name if applicable, supported by documentary evidence like Government Gazette 9. In addition to the above, candidates selected under the reservation category i.e. Scheduled Caste (SC)/ Scheduled Tribes (ST)/ Kashmiri Migrants admission will be confirmed after scrutiny of the original supporting documents.
