RATHI ROTARY AIR-LOCK VALVES The prime function of a Rotary Air-Lock Valve is to regulate the flow from one chamber to another while maintaining an airlock condition. This ensures that a processing system can operate continuously, while allowing for material discharge while maintaining an air locked condition in the system. The materials discharged are usually in dry powder or granular form. The Rathi Rotary Air Lock Valves are designed for process industries, and provide an ideal solution for feeding and discharge of materials under pressure in any gases or air, or in a vacuum sealed environment. RATHI QUICK CLEANING ROTARY FEEDER VALVES The Quick Cleaning Rotary Feeder Valve is used for powder discharge and transport applications in the Food and Pharmaceutical industries.   3. DIVERTER VALVES The dual-tunnel diverter valve designed to divert or combine one to two sources of material, to one or two destinations in dilute or dense-phase pneumatic transport. The primary advantages are its i) shallow material deflection angle, which creates a low pressure drop in the pneumatic conveying system, and ii) its ability to handle abrasive materials in high-pressure dense-phase applications.   4. SINGLE & DOUBLE FLAP VALVES Flap Gate Air-lock Valves are commonly used in industrial applications for bulk material handling.
