We will support you all the way from your free property valuation to full management of your property, and everything in between! Our agents are fully up to date with the latest legislation and are compliant, leaving you assured you are in good hands and that your property and tenancies will be dealt with in a professional manner. Full referencing checks are carried out on all prospective tenants for peace of mind that your property is in good hands. During each tenancy we will carry out regular inspections to ensure the property is being kept in good condition. Paul and his team are true professionals. Many factors are considered when we access the rental value. The best way to give you a price is if we come to your property and do a free, no obligation valuation. A. Yes! They may impose special conditions, and you will need their permission before you can rent your property to tenants. Q. What Are Your Fees? Q. Why Should I use you to Manage my Property? A. This depends on the level of service you require as we offer four different levels of lettings services. All our fees are available to download via our website paul-oshea.co.uk. Q. Can I Rent My Place as a House In Multiple Occupancy (HMO)? A: With our full management service it gives you more time to relax and do the things you need to be getting on with. Things like rent chasing, deposit disputes and arranging repairs are handled by us. It gives you that distance between the Tenants. Q. Do I Need an Inventory? A. There are some additional safety standards and the local council will also have some requirements however, our team can manage this for you. A: It is extremely recommended. Without an inventory/check in report, it is very difficult to claim any damages from the Tenant’s deposit when they vacate. You must see the inventory as "evidence".
