We try to support needy families in the best possible way. Many families in India do not have a place to live, food to eat, and education to develop. We as an NGO try to fulfill these gaps and help them in their upliftment. This article will discuss the importance of mental health and suggest ways to help take good care of it. For many people, mental wellness is not a subject matter to talk about. We are not talking about the poor and uneducated people we had heard from many people. If you do not believe in us, ask your grandparents about mental health. See what they say about this. Most of them will answer there is nothing like depression and anxiety happens. The new generation of people has made certain terms to help them from escaping work. They even sometimes blame the doctors that nowadays, doctors all want is money. This is the best way to get money by saying to their patients that they are in depression. So, you see what people have their opinion about mental health problems. But as a responsible NGO, this is our duty to aware people of various issues that people face in their daily life. Yes, we support poor society people but every individual is important to us.
