IFC’s TMT Hub in Singapore Largest TMT Hub outside of DC covering Asia, Europe, Middle East and North Africa • IFC has partnered with clients having regional HQs in Singapore (e.g. Digicel, Telenor and several Tower companies) and financed operations in emerging markets: Digicel in PNG, GrameenPhone in Bangladesh • Co-investor in Global Infrastructure Fund • Introduced GIC to IHS the #1 tower operator in Africa (operations in Nigeria, Cameroon, Cote d’Ivoire, Rwanda and Zambia), where GIC invested along with IFC • In discussion with GIC on other investment opportunities
