There is one more interesting thing that you should know about the RR webmail, i.e., you can configure RR mail with Outlook, Gmail and other platforms. With this, you can get all your emails at one place. Isn’t that a great thing? I’m sure it is.

  4. You can follow the below-mentioned steps to do so. • Go to MS Outlook and then click on ‘File’. • Then, you have to click on ‘Add Account’, which is present on the top right side of the page.

  5. You have to click on the option that says ‘Manually configure server settings’ to configure the settings on your own. • You will be prompted to select the account type, so select ‘Internet E-mail’ at that time.

  6. Now, you should enter your name and email address (RR email) in the defined boxes. • After that, go to ‘Account Type’ again and click on the drop-down list. Select ‘POP3’ from the list and then, type incoming mail server address as ‘pop-server.domain.rr.com’ in the blank box. If you want to know about the outdoing mail server.
