1. RR Kabel acquires Luminous Home Electricals Business We are pleased to announce the exci�ng news that RR Kabel has acquired the Home Electrical Business of Luminous (from Schneider Electric). RR Kabel, one of the leading electrical manufacturing company and a part of RR Global, USD 1.25billion conglomerate has today announced the acquisi�on of Luminous Home Electrical business from Schneider. This acquisi�on will further strengthen RR Kabel’s consumer electricals business which has a diversified por�olio of fans, lights & appliances. The transac�on is expected to close in May’22.
