analog photography

Analog photography (retro instant photos) uses film instead of digital sensors. A popular example is the Polaroid camera, which was invented in the mid-1900s. These cameras take a picture and print it instantly on special film. The photo develops in a few minutes, and you donu2019t need a computer or phone. It has a vintage, warm style that many people still love today.

  4. introduction In this exhibition we will talk about analog photography, within the subtopics the story will be addressed, which is to develop a photograph and how to do it from home, in addition to touching variants such as instant analog photographs.

  5. History of analog photography History of analog photography • 2000 • 2000 • 1888 • 1800 • 1888 • 1800 • 1839 • 1839 • Analog photography was the main way to take pictures until digital cameras became popular in the 2000s. • Later, in 1839, Louis Daguerre created the daguerreotype, which made photography faster and clearer. Around the same time, other inventors developed new methods using glass and paper to make photos easier to take and share. • In 1888, George Eastman invented the Kodak camera. It used roll film, which was much easier than glass plates. • Over time, film photography improved with color film in the 1930s and better cameras in the 20th century. • Analog photography started in the early 1800s. The first successful photograph was taken by Joseph Nicéphore Niépce in 1826 using a process called heliography.

  6. What is it like to develop a photograph? To develop analog photography, you need a process that involves the use of chemicals and a darkroom or a development tank. The general process involves loading the film into a tank, mixing the chemicals (reveler, stop bath, fixative), applying each chemical at the appropriate time, rinsing the film, and finally drying it. Sometimes it is underestimated how complex it can be, at present the value of this art has been lost.

  7. Reveal photosfrom home. • Objective 1 • Objective 3 Save when developing photographs, over the years it has become a luxury to develop similar photographs. • Objective 2 Spending time alone, enjoying the art of photography, learning to be self-sufficient and understanding that not everything has to be an immediate process, good things take their time! Have initiative to discover procedures that you did not know before.

  8. Reveal photosfrom home.

  10. conclusion Analog photography is a sign of the love of photography, the dedication that can carry a procedure such as developing photographs. But above all a reminder of how beautiful it can be to enjoy learning to take photos from a historical context that has transcended over the years.
