The Art of Dreaming 1. Discovering your Intention - Importance of setting the intention. - Exploring the “how” in intentions to discover clear goals. 2. Aligning Core values with your passion - From where do you harness a state of fulfilment (a ‘feel good’ state of mind) - How do you nurture it? ‘fulfilment’? - Can you visualise how your core values help you in nurturing these moments of (There is room for a nice meditation here) 4. Addressing self-doubt, Emotional management /Anxiety - What hindrances do you foresee in your path towards these moments of fulfilment? 5. Knowing your worth/power - what are the thoughts that come to your mind if you were to define power in its purest form? (Power is a blessing. Looking at responsibility from a divine perspective. Blessing calls for action) - Contemplate on the sources of power. On a scale, weigh “what you thought you should be” and “what you are”. (Celebrating Authenticity) - Your time, your energy and your experiences are VALUABLE 6. The power of choices - The power of choices and the concept of good or bad. Everything you receive is a reaction to the choices you have made. (lay out your choices like a deck of cards) - Taking responsibility for your choices - The choices that sustains your happiness, balance and fulfilment calls for courage and nourishment. 7. The Faith and Surrender balance - If the universe feels that there is a better plan, it will lay out an easy transition towards your plan B. Remember, you’ll have to start your journey in order to reach this point of transition. - Remember to place Faith in your heart and surrender in your head, and not the other way around. 8. Fulfilment map - Mark the milestones. They light up your way ahead.
- Celebrate the little wins. Don’t wait for the end results. The joy in these tiny celebrations fuels your abundance quotient for the journey ahead. You begin to appreciate your worth with your awareness. You need to be aware and mindful to use your fulfilment map for your journey ahead. 9. Clarity - Unless you transform your ideas into goals and action them, you’ll not know what is best for you and what you don’t want. - Knowing ‘what you don’t want’ helps you in prioritising your options. 10. Provide their integration plan - Activating an energy channel with all this awareness create a vision for you. A vision of how you want to see yourself. Remember “Yatha Drushti, Thatha Shrishti” - Acknowledging your resources with gratitude multiplies your confidence towards action. - Express gratitude in advance 11. Leaving room for the magic of the universe. – Concept of balance - Go with the flow, like a surfer. All these introspections, plans and strategies are going to be your strengths that transform you into a confident surfer at the pinnacle of balance on a raging wave. - Explore the fluidity of Action – through intention, motivation, goals, outcomes. - Ambiguity of action tells us that finding one’s true self is a continuous process because there is always an element of ambiguity. I would like to look at this ambiguity as the magic of the universe. This continuous process of finding oneself is the way in which the universe offers her abundance of wisdom.
