This can be done without permission from the copyright owner. Fair use analysis fall into two categories commentary and criticism and parody.

Plagiarism is to steal and pass off the ideas or words of another person as your own. To use another person production without crediting the source. The commit literary theft and to present new or original ideas as your own. A basic and common theme is fraud. It is stealing someone’s else work or lying about afterward without giving them credit.
It is very important that internet users do not display or give information that involves their personal life that could result in identity theft, cyber stalking or other criminal activities.
