  2. Oscillator Granulator machine is used to furnish powders to a foam to ease their flow ability and handling. This machine is widely used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and spices. It is used to formulate ingredients like powders, active ingredients, liquid binder that converts the powder as granules to avoid segregation. Conventional methods are very costly and end up to be a hectic process, especially in pharmaceutical industries. Different equipment is required to pre-disperse, blend and granulate powders. But with this machine, all the processes can be carried out at one go. It can be used for granulating both wet and dry materials. An oscillator granulator machine consists of a rotor with edges that oscillate horizontally at an axis. A half round sieve is mounted on the bottom of the rotor. Product is charged from the top feed of the granulator and these materials fall on the blades of the rotor. Due to the sharpness of the rotor blades, the size reduction of the particles takes place and the materials come out from the bottom end of the sieve opening.

Most of the designs are cGMP complaint, Parts are generally made up of stainless steel to avoid corrosion, Easy to operate, clean and dismantle and the maintenance required is very less.
