  1. Does the real estate course do any good? To start your career as an agent or salesperson in the real estate industry, you need to acquire a license. This would be possible only upon completion of the RES course. After completion of the course, you will have to appear for an exam that is conducted by the Council for Estate Agencies. Only when you clear the exam will you be provided with the real estate license. Hence, the course is definitely important. However, this is not the only benefit of the course.

  2. Does the real estate course do any good? You need to understand about the different types of properties available in Singapore to fair well as a real estate agent in the country. Since the place is one of the major business hubs in Asia, you will have to deal with clients looking for residential as well as commercial properties. Some of them would want to buy a place and others would want to rent or lease out a property for a certain period of time.

These tasks will be easier if you take up the RES course offered by a reputed institute in the country.

In order to do this, you need to know about all the forms that need to be duly signed by the buyer and the seller during a property deal. You should also be aware of the type of charges involved while closing real estate deals in the country. You will be able to learn all these when you take up the course in real estate. Taking up the real estate course is hence unavoidable if you want to build a strong career in the industry.
