Only the NAV side will be discussed here.
6: Initial NAV settings (cont) To get customary OBS/CDI indications the GPS/NAV switch on the selector panel must be in the NAV position.

Set the desired frequency (will be displayed as ‘Standby Frequency’)
Large right knob is 1 Mhz per step
Small right knob is 25 Khz per step
Press the <-> key to transfer the frequency to the active window.
10: Initial NAV settings (cont) To monitor the channel lift the NAV2 toggle switch on the audio panel (Note: this toggle switch selects another radio in the down position)
Set SL30 volume control for comfortable level.

CAUTION Since both NAV 1 and NAV 2 are duplex units, assure the desired mode is being displayed when changing data.
