  1. 4 Tips to Stay Organised in an Interview 1. Stay Natural To sound natural, you must first recognise yourself. This can be done by asking yourself simple questions such, "What is your working style?" will help you achieve this. How do you handle stress? Do you set a schedule or make plans for the day? 2. Maintain Your Job Description Knowing everything there is to know about your firm will help you succeed in an interview. You should complete this before going to the interview. Your job profile should be the foundation for how you respond to the query. Consider the following scenario: You are scheduled to interview with a sales organization, and the interviewer asks, "How do you handle working under pressure?" For this, you could respond as follows: I use our company's internal project management software to keep track of all weekly priorities and due dates in my current position as a junior sales executive. 3. Avoid Being too Rigid Sticking to your job description does not preclude you from mentioning items that are not directly related to your line of work. Be adaptable. You can discuss the techniques you use for your professional development and how they benefit you personally. Making sure you don't lose your actual track is the goal here. You are discussing your working methods and how you solved a problem, but you might also mention the abilities you are most proud of.

  2. 4. Describe your Personal Experience Tell them about a personal incident that taught you a valuable lesson for which you are extremely grateful. Your working life has been significantly influenced by an incident that may have occurred at your former place of employment or elsewhere in your life. "I have a lot of experience operating under pressure. For example, I've been in some pretty difficult situations in the past where I had to finish a presentation overnight for a client who was from abroad. It has helped me realise the value of time management and how to manage my time.
