Introduction • At present UAE  is welcoming investors from all over the world and provide more facilities for them. • The UAE Government issues several types of visas and entry permits based on the purpose of your visit. • In this PPT we included the details of the major 6 types of visas in UAE and its explanations.

  3. GOLDEN RESIDENCE.  • In order to increase the categories of beneficiaries and simplify the eligibility procedures, this Scheme has undergone considerable adjustments. • The Golden Residence may be used for an unlimited amount of time outside the United Arab Emirates without any time limits. • Investors, business owners,  scientists, professionals, humanitarian trailblazers, and frontline heroes are all eligible for golden residence.

  4. Golden Residence for Qualified Scientists • This kind of residence is provided based on the recommendation from the Emirates Scientists Council. •  This residency is given to scientists and researchers with significant achievements and influence in their profession. • The applicant must hold a PhD or master's degree in science related subjects from one of the top universities in the world.

  5. Golden Residence for Qualified Professionals • The minimum educational criteria for this visa is a bachelor's degree, and the monthly salary cannot be less than AED30,000. • This visa is provided for attracting highly qualified professionals with training and work experience in all fields, like medical, engineering, information technology, business and administration, and etc.

  6. Real estate investors' golden residence • Real estate investors that invest at least AED2 million on a residence are eligible for Golden Residence. • Investors may also be eligible  when acquiring one or more off-plan properties from reputable local real estate companies for at least AED2 million.

  7. Golden Residence for Business owners • A business owner who registered his business in UAE with AED1 million annual revenue can apply for this category.  • The Golden Residence will also be available to the person if they were one of the founders of a prior entrepreneurial venture that sold for a sum of at least AED7 million.
