Select the link for the latest student registration from the online services option. 4. Next, fill in the date of birth, name, enrolment type, region of coaching, etc. 5. Fill in the communication details of the candidate like permanent address, correspondence address, Email id, mobile number etc. 6. Enter the details regarding your school qualifications of classes 10th and 12th on the subsequent page after clicking on submit button to finish the form of CMA foundation registration. 7.
