Promote the design and implementation of national homicide prevention and reduction programs and policies, encouraging inter-institutional coordination and interaction, and prioritizing impact assessments in each country; promote also the exchange of experiences and lessons learned in homicide prevention and reduction; and encourage integrated processes for collection and quality data on homicides in the region.
