Departmental Deliverables by 9/1/2007 • Define specific metrics that relate to your faculty effort. • Develop performance requirements for each metric. • Develop & communicate plan linking performance to pay. • AIMS office can assist in accumulation of data for your faculty.   5. Timeline • Current pilots will go live July 1, 2007 • Remaining Departmental Plans & Metrics due by Sept 1, 2007 • Remaining Departments Pilot from 9/1/2007 – 12/31/2007 • Full Implementation of P4P 1/1/2008

  7. Asset Investment Management System (AIMS)Health Analysis Reporting Tracking (HART) • AIMS is using information to implement a mission based management & pay for performance initiative. • HART is the data warehouse that will contain the majority of that information, making AIMS possible.

  9. HART Access Roll Out • Two centrally funded licenses per department. • Training is scheduled to begin April 23. • Access and Training contact - HART Administrator, Adam Tobias. • May 4th - Preproduction roll out with Dept level security.

  11. AIMS Dashboards • These dashboards will be completed July or sooner. • The Dashboard graphics presented are only models. The final product will be different. • Your feedback is welcome. Dashboards can be changed/morphed per your input. • All changes require additional time. • Some changes may not be possible.
