Brittany Park Retirement Community: Entire Potable Rehabilitation Location: Seattle, Washington Situation: The aged galvanized hot and cold potable lines experienced pinhole leaks, rusty water and low flow. The leaks occurred in the seniors’ apartments, under the slab. The customer sought a long-term solution that would be cost-effective and not inconvenience the residents. Solution: American Pipe Lining, a Nu Flow company, provided the only feasible solution for the customer. A protective coat of epoxy was applied to all of the hot and cold water lines to prevent future problems. Our no-dig technology did not cause destruction and temporary water was given to residents to minimize disruption.
