  1. The Science of weight loss There are many ways to lose weight. If you just search online, you will get to read a lot of articles on howtoloseweight? But most the articles are written in general context. It may or may not be applicable for your body. Losing weight is a mammoth task and it requires a lot of hard work and determination. Technology is also playing a crucial role in helping people for losing weight. Long time back it was impossible to think of an app for weight loss. But today it has become a reality! A healthy mind and healthy body can always help you in enjoying life to the fullest. All people whether they are male or female, rich or poor, adult or child deserve to have a good health. To ensure good health you should avoid unnecessary food items to be a part of the meal. Every person must follow a unique but a healthy diet plan. Some require a special diet plan to be followed as compared to others for eg the diet plan of pregnant woman. The pregnancydiet differs from any other form of diet. It requires high level of protein based food for proper growth of the baby and mother. There is a growing trend of including salad as a part of the meal for weight loss. Going through a salad diet can result in instant weight loss. Many celebrities also prefer eating salad to lose weight.
