Alzumab L injection contains Itolizumab is used to treat chronic plaque psoriasis. This works by preventing the activation of the T cell (white blood cell, part of the immune system). It also prevents and reduces the entry of the T cells at the site of inflammation. Hence, It was widely used for the treatment of Covid-19 in India.
