Michael Meoli - A Retired Firefighter

Michael Meoli is a former Navy SEAL as well as a member of the Navy SEAL Reserves. He retired from the Reserves in 2013. In the late 1970s he began a career as a paramedic and would go on to work as a firefighter as well. He teaches courses on crisis intervention and grief support to paramedics and residents of San Diego County. He serves as CEO of Tactical Rescue Options.

  1. A Paramedic Michael Meoli of San Diego is a retired firefighter and paramedic as well as a former Field Trainer on the SDFD Special Response Team. The SDFD operates on the inner perimeter of San Diego Police and FBI SWAT missions. He began his career as a paramedic in 1979, and he helped found San Diego’s first tactical EMS Team in 1982. Mr. Meoli was an active-duty Navy SEAL.
