  2. STEP # 1 • DECIDE ON THE CONTENT OUTCOMES • You have come here to day with a set of outcomes you want to convey to your students • Your task is to place these in a “TIPS” lesson format using the PPA

  4. STEP # 2 • FIND THE PART OF THE PPA TO BE ADDRESSED AS THE GOAL FOR THE LESSON • THIS CAN BE MADE INTO AN “AIM”
