  1. What is Depression? “Chinta(Worry) is equal to Chita (pyre)” Depression is a mental health problem where a person suffers from negativity, sadness,tension, worry. It is a mental disorder that affects your feeling, thinking over a long time.it can make you disconnected from people, work or anything else that you love.

  2. What are the Signs of Depression? The sign of depression can be found in physical forms and mental forms. Physical Sign: In this, a person feels fatigued all the time and is perplexed about their thoughts. 1.
