    2. The Homework Drop Box allows students who have an eChalk user account to turn in their homework online. Teachers add an assignment to their class calendar and simply check-off the “Allow students to submit completed work to this assignment” option. That’s it!     3. STUDENT: Submitting Homework Once a teacher has enabled the Homework DropBox option, students may turn in their assignments. Students with eChalk user accounts log in and go to one of their classes. In this example, Leon’s teacher has posted a Music Theory Composition assignment.     5. STUDENT: Submitting Homework Leon clicks Browse to locate the file on his local computer. He may also type in a comment for his teacher.     6. STUDENT: Submitting Homework eChalk provides Leon with both a confirmation number and a receipt that he can print out or save for his own use.     7. TEACHER: Who has turned in the assignment? Teachers can use the Homework Drop Box button to see how many submissions they received for each of their assignments. In this example, Leon’s teacher Mr. Hall has one submission each for the Music Theory Composition homework and the Composer Report project.     10. TEACHER: Who has turned in the assignment? When teachers want to get assignments from multiple students they simply check off the ones they want and click the Save button. Teachers do not have to download each file one at a time. eChalk will compress all of the student files into ONE downloadable ZIP file.
