  2. NUTRITION OF PREGNANT WOMAN • Nutrition should be given special attention. Products should be fresh and high quality. Forget about cheap semifinished products, which ,as a rule, comprise preservatives and can be stored very long time. Considering increase in appetite during pregnancy ,the quantity of a food should increase proportionally to frequency rates of reception of the food. You shouldn't force yourself to eat a bit of meat only because it contains essential protein for you and your baby . Always it is possible to find an alternative. After meal ,the 20 minutes walks will be very useful for easing work of a gastroenteric tract .

  3. CULTURE OF FEED • The Balanced diet - one of the basic condition of favorable course of pregnancy and normal development of fetus. The plentiful flour and fat food can lead excessive weight of a fetus. • Requirement in protein, a number of vitamins, calcium, phosphorus and iron increases at pregnancy

  5. VITAMIN A • contains in: • liver • milk • eggs • spinach • carrots • tomatoes • butter

  7. VITAMINC • contains in: • pepper • currant • sea-buckthorn • berries • wild strawberry • citrus • fresh cabbage • green peas • green onions • boiled potato

  8. VITAMINE • contains in: • liver • corn • eggs • vegetable oils

  9. VITAMIND • contains in: • liver • caviar • butter

Folic acid.Deficiency of a folic acid essentially raises risk of occurrence of congenital developmental anomalies of nervous system of an embryo, and also hypotrophy and prematurity. • It develops in intestines of the person • contains in: • liver • kidneys • green leaves • salads from food greens

  11. MINERAL SUBSTANCES • Also as well as vitamins represent the vital components of feed providing normal ability to live and development of an organism.

  12. WATER • The major making part of an organism of the adult person consists of water on 65 % . During pregnancy volume of water in organism increases . Deficiency or dehydration can lead to change of metabolic processes in organism and to lethal outcome. • The day time ration of the pregnant woman should include not less than 1-1.5l of water.

  13. IRON • During pregnancy arises additional requirement for iron. It spends for needs of a fetus, and for increased volume of blood of the pregnant woman. • Iron is a component of hemoglobin. • As the result of the deficiency of iron, anemia has been developing. That condition complicated by chronical fetal hypoxia and with delayed development of fetus . • Rich by Iron are : liver, red meat, apples, a black currant, dried fruit.

  14. CALCIUM • The basic structural element of a bone stock. Deficiency of calcium leads to spasms of gastrocnemius muscles, to destruction of a teeth, osteoporosis (fragility) of bones. • At lack of calcium of the pregnant woman it is necessary to resort to additional administration of calcium salts in the form of special mineral additives to food. • Contains in: milk, cottage cheese, cheese, yoghurt, parsley.

  15. MAGNESIUM • Magnesium possesses spasmolytic and vasodilating properties, stimulates work of intestines. • Contains in: • haricot • buckwheat • oatmeal • chick-pea

  16. IODINE • Contains in all tissues of an organism, but its basic quantity is concentrated in a thyroid gland. • Lack of iodine results to violation of functions of a thyroid gland, decrease in intellectual development. • During pregnancy the charge of iodine in an organism of the woman increases, in consequence of that its lack should be filled by means of iodine containing preparations .

  17. Food for pregnant woman might be tasty and useful, and the main thing - it should be prepared with love.
