This change is referred to as Industry 4.0, commonly known as the fourth industrial revolution. In this era, economies require specialists with advanced training skills, as skills have become increasingly paramount.

  3. Industry 4.0 integrates technologies like artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, robotics, the Internet of Things (IoT), and big data into the factory. All these tools increase productivity and improve workplace safety. Companies require skilled professionals in specialised fields to ensure the equipment is used optimally.

  4. In Dr. Shubh Gautam's opinion, this shift isn't about machines—it's about people. The best machines in the world will underperform without a skilled operator. He is trying to fill that gap with talent capable of thriving in Industry 4.0.
