This project comprises three engaging videos featuring students and faculty from the Florida State University College of Communication and Information (CCI). Titled “I am CCI” and “This is how I CCI,” these films showcase various CCI student groups, classes, activities, and how CCI prepares students for careers and unique experiences. Interviews with professors and students provide insights into earning a degree from CCI, promoting programs like WISE, and fostering community engagement. Project Description/Team • “I am CCI” Video • Visit different CCI Student Groups/Classes/Activities and have them say "I am CCI" (or something else catchy) • Different Student Activities, Classes, CCI programs/events • Video will cover: • what is CCI • What are the majors offered with CCI • What students can gain through joining CCI (internships, jobs) • The introduction will end with “most of all through CCI you will gain a unique experience” (or something of that nature) to transition into the rest of the video.
Project Description/Team • “This is how I CCI” • Interview Professors explain how students can benefit from earning a degree from CCI • Interview students about what they plan to do with their CCI degree • Health IT • Game Design • Marketing • Etc. • Show CCI students involved in organizations and community outreach • WISE • STARS • Summer Camps

Goals/plans you will accomplish • Provide a unique insight into FSU College of Communication and Information • Create excitement about the programs offered through the college • Increase the number of potential active members in WISE • Show how CCI is not only influencing the FSU campus but also in other cities
Team Roles / Breakdowns • Videographer – In charge of recording and digital equipment. (Rodney Givens, Alex Pardieu) • Interviewer – Conducts and captures interviews. (Weber Gluesenkamp, Derika Crowley) • Editor – Implements soft wear to refine and edit videos. (Steve Saint-Ulysse, Devin Boyd)
Metrics • Video Quality: A measure of the visual quality. • Sound Quality: A measure of audio quality and clarity. • Relevance: Determine how affectively the videos connect with intended audience. • Views: First step in a successful video project is accruing views.
Potential Risks/Problems • Video Equipment: Lack of personal equipment. • Lack of Experience: At least one aspect of video making will be a learning experience. • Repetition/Uniqueness: IT videos run the risk of looking similar.
