What is Recruitment in HRM ? • Recruitment is identifying, selecting, hiring and onboarding employees in any organization. • Human resource management, or HRM or HR, is the function of people management within an organization. • HR is responsible for the smooth functions of the organization through an effective administration process called Human Capital. • HR focuses on the employees as the company’s most important asset. • Recruitment is the first step in building an organizations human capital management.

Moreover, they focus on short-term or temporary employment positions. • Outplacement Recruiting is typically an employer-sponsored benefit which helps former employees transition into new jobs. It is also designed to provide displaced employees with the resources to find new positions or new career opportunities. • Reverse Recruiting is a process whereby an employee is encouraged to seek employment with a different organization which offers a better fit for their skill sets. •
