  4. Performance Measurement • Status: • October 1 mandatory date for using performance measurement screens in IDIS. • “Phase I” IDIS Modernization. • HOME GPRA Accomplishments in FY 2006 (as of 6/30/06): • Homebuyer assistance: 38,542 (107% of target); • Rental production: 42,504 (135% of target)

  5. New Performance Reporting Improvement Tools • New HOME IDIS Training Manual • Web-module training in the works • Updated IDIS Set-up and Completion Forms (incl. performance measurement) • “Open Activities” Report • “Red-Flag” Reports • Performance “DASHBOARDS”

As of 8/31/06: A total of $142 million out of $235 million has been expended (59%); A total of 18,926 homebuyers have been assisted with ADDI; 50% of Assisted Households were Minorities; An average of $7,493 of ADDI assistance is provided per household; Approximately 49 PJs have yet to use their ADDI funds at all ADDI Update
