MegaBEAD Company IMPORTANT – No Process Deviations Are Permitted • Customer Requirement - Prepare and deliver quality white beads. • Process • Stand perpendicular to bead receptacle with your body straight and your feet together. • Grasp the paddle handle with your right thumb on top of the handle flange with your index finger extended parallel underneath the handle flange. • Raise the paddle vertically to a height of 6 inches above the bead receptacle. • Tilt the paddle at a 30 degree angle and insert into the bead receptacle until the leading edge of the paddle reaches the bottom of the bead receptacle. • Push the paddle forward slowly lowering the rear end of the paddle to the bottom of the bead receptacle. • Ensure that the paddle is fully covered by beads in all holes. • Raise the paddle vertically slowly to 6 inches above the bead receptacle. • Tilt the paddle 15 degrees to the left allowing excess beads to roll off the paddle. • The Auditor/Inspector counts the defective product for quality control and requests the Statistician to record the results. • Lower the paddle 6 inches to rest on top of the product in the bead receptacle and release the paddle to rest perpendicular to the end wall of the bead receptacle.
