  2. Registration Process of APEDA Registration Within one month of starting the business, the applicant must submit the application form for Apeda registration online. Only the Authority may extend that deadline if the exporter of planned products fails to register within that time frame for a good reason. The authorities will provide a Registration -Cum- Membership- Certificate once the application has been appropriately submitted and paid for (RCMC). All members enrolled under this one-time registration are subject to the APEDA Act's rules and regulations.
