KP Group Companies Record Remarkable Growth in Q1 FY26 KP Group Kicks off FY2025-26 With Remarkable Growth KPI Green Energy and KP Energy report robust growth in both revenue and profitability in the June 2025 quarter. Surat, August 5: KP Group, a leading name in India’s renewable energy sector, has started the financial year 2025-26 with remarkable growth in both revenue and profitability for group entities KPI Green Energy Limited and KP Energy Limited. The results reflect strong operational capabilities, a robust project pipeline, and rising demand for clean energy solutions. KPI Green Energy, the solar and hybrid energy arm of KP Group, reported a revenue of Rs. 614 crore for Q1 FY26, registering an impressive 75% growth from Rs. 350 crore in the corresponding quarter of FY25. The company’s Profit After Tax (PAT) stood at Rs. 111 crore, marking a 68% increase from Rs. 66 crore in the same quarter of the previous fiscal. KP Energy Limited, the end-to-end wind energy solutions provider, posted revenue of Rs. 221 crore in Q1 FY26, a 63% increase from Rs. 135 crore in Q1 FY25. PAT rose 40%, from Rs. 18 crore to Rs. 25 crore, marked by project scale-up, ongoing diversification into offshore wind initiatives, and strategic order acquisitions. Commenting on the results, Dr. Faruk G. Patel, Chairman and Managing Director of KP Group, said, “The first quarter of FY26 has validated the strength of our strategy and the hard work of our teams. The significant year-on-year growth at KPI Green and KP Energy reflects our focus on execution, innovation, and sustainability. With over 5 GW of multi-year projects in hand and continued diversification into emerging areas like offshore wind, we remain confident of achieving our ambitious 10 GW target by 2030 and accelerating India’s clean energy transition.” KPI Green Energy’s operational scale continued to expand with its total portfolio rising to 4 GW, up from 2.8 GW a year earlier. The Independent Power Producer (IPP) segment capacity grew from 1.4 GW to 1.7 GW, while the Captive Power Producer (CPP) segment surged from 1.3 GW to 2.3 GW. KPI Green’s installed capacity crossed 1 GW, and its land bank exceeded 6,275 acres. The company currently has over 3 GW of orders on hand. KPI Green Energy’s market cap stood at Rs. 10,646 crore on August 4. Looking ahead, KPI Green Energy is evaluating investments in the Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) segment. The company has chalked out plans for a 5 MW captive BESS project, in addition to active tender participation. Battery energy storage stabilises frequency, shifts peaks, and enables round-the-clock supply.   2. conservation, reducing evaporation, gaining water-cooling efficiency, and supporting rural electrification. KP Energy has successfully built a renewable energy portfolio of over 3.26 GW, with 1.05+ GW capacity already installed and 2.22+ GW of projects in hand. KP Energy also manages an O&M portfolio of over 595 MW and is exploring offshore wind opportunities in Gujarat and Tamil Nadu. It has also received in-principle approval for 100 MW ISTS connectivity, enabling interstate power sales and expansion across national grids. KP Energy’s market cap stood at Rs. 3,381 crore on August 4.
