  1. Industrial Automation Training Introduction: Now-a-day Industrial automation is growing very fast. The each and every technique of automation needs for development. What is Industrial Automation? ‘Automation takes a step further mechanization that uses a particular machinery mechanism aided human operators for performing a task. Mechanization is the manual operation of a task using powered machinery that depends on human decision making.’ On the other hand, automation replaces the human involvement with the use of logical programming commands and powerful machineries. ‘Automation is the use of various control systems for operating equipment such as machinery, processes in factories, boilers and heat treating ovens, switching on telephone networks, steering and stabilization of ships, aircraft and other applications and vehicles with minimal or reduced human intervention, with some processes have been completely automated.’

  2. Types of industrial automation? There are different types of automation systems are used in different applications, but all automated systems are not similar. Depends on application area and control nature, these automated systems are classified. Industrial automation involves in usage of various control devices such as PC/PLC’s, various sensors and actuators, communication buses/modules, machine drives, HMI (Human Machine Interface) systems and other control equipments. Industrial Robots: These are a type of automated machines or equipment’s that can perform the different tasks for longer duration Flexible Manufacturing Systems This automation system provides the automatic control equipment that offers a great flexibility for making changes in the product design. These changes can be performed quickly through the commands given in the form of codes by the human operators. Numerically Controlled Machines Numerically controlled (NC) machines utilize computers to store, calculate, and execute operations that are usually performed by hand. A common example of an NC machine is the computerized numerical controlled (CNC) mill. Instead of positioning each cut by hand and meticulously moving the crank to cut each part, a CNC mill uses computers to analyze, cut, and mill each piece with precision. http://www.justengg.com/
