As CEO of Equity Capital Incl, he continues to grow the real estate investment firm and serve clients throughout the company. Mr. Freed is a member of the Rotary Club and Kiwanis, and he currently lives in Florida with his wife. Previously, he spent 49 years in Bothell, Washington. Mr. Freed is a philanthropist and is passionate about giving back.

He is philanthropically minded and has assisted in building health centers in Kenya as well as helping to install several wells for the villages without clean and accessible water sources. Mr. Freed is a member of the Rotary Club and enjoys fly fishing and drumming.
