  2. Instrumentation Projects Instrumentation is defined as the art and science of measurement and control of process variables within a production or manufacturing area. The process variables used in industries are Level, Pressure, Temperature, Humidity, Flow, pH, Force, Speed etc.

  3. We at Hand on Robotics offer Instrumentation projects for academic students. When a student comes to ensemble for guidance for a final year project, we are fully aware of the significance of the requirement. We ensure that we offer guidance that is in the best interest of the student, given their college and academic back ground. Though selecting a project out of thousands of possible choices is not a easy task for the students themselves, over the years we have developed know how a systems that can make the process easier.

  4. Automatic boiler control Boilers are used in a broad range of industries such as electric power, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, ceramics, and paper and pulp. Amid the rising energy costs, tightening environmental regulations, and increasing awareness of safety as of late, the needs for high efficiency operation, low emission operation, and safe and stable operation of boilers are growing.

  5. PLC based industrial monitoring system Control and monitor the operations of various systems to ensure the good performance and continuous error free operation of the system under consideration. For the automation purpose, Programmable Logic controllers (PLC) are mostly used in industries. In this project

  6. PLC based irrigation control Develop irrigation system which works on sensors. By implementing this project it can help to use water and energy efficiently, without excess wastage. New irrigation electrical control technologies could improve irrigation efficiency, promoting water conservation and reducing the environmental impacts.

  7. PLC based plate cutting machine The proposed system provides an analysis of the simulation and components required for the implementation of an automated level control system by the help of Programmable Logic Controller (PLC).Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition (SCADA) was established and the HMI was created.
