  2. The year is 2019 and the importance of soft skills has risen more than ever before. The concept of title 21 cfr part 11 mastering soft skills- such as communication, leadership skills, team management, creativity, etc.- has been introduced and accepted. Employers now realize that their employees must have a strong grasp of soft skills. This makes sense.
