  2. Monitoring data of program on supply of essential drugs (PEDP) as at 27.10.2008 compared to the same period in 2007 In general, assessing the situation with drug supply of certain categories of citizens on the territory of the Russian Federation, we can conclude that the situation is stable.

  3. The dynamics of the funding of the reimbursement program in the period since 2005 to 2008. Number of benefit recipients in 2005 – 2008 (million people)

  4. Data on delayed provision within the reimbursement program (as at 27.10.2008) in absolute terms in relative terms

In several subjects of the Russian Federation there has been a significant number of prescriptions, which were accepted on the delayed provision: • Moscow Region – 9 671 prescriptions, • Republic of North Ossetia-Alania– 4 913 prescriptions, • Perm Region – 25 197 prescriptions, • Chelyabinsk region– 12 912 prescriptions, • Khabarovsk Territory – 6 899 prescriptions.

  6. In several subjects of the Russian Federation there is a relatively high average cost of prescription in the reimbursement segment: • St. Petersburg - 1 454 rubles, • The Chechen Republic - 1 186 rubles. • Kostroma region - 984 rubles. • Republic of Ingushetia - 961 rubles. • Smolensk region - 954 rubles. (the average in RF - 467 rubles)

  7. In several subjects there was a significant number of cases, when some medicines, delivered for expensive diseases, had a low residual life: • Ryazan Region, • Smolensk Region, • Vologda Region, • The Republic of Bashkortostan, • Tula Region, • St. Petersburg, • Kaluga Region, • Novosibirsk Region, • Amur Region, • Volgograd Region.

A significant balance of drugs within the regional procurement by subjects of the Russian Federation is a new problem in 2008: at the regional segment of benefit recipientsthe balance amount (specified rate) for 3 months or more (based on the average monthly volume of sale) is observed in 40 subjects of the RF (as at 27.10.2008)

A significant balance of drugs within the regional procurement by subjects of the Russian Federation is a new problem in 2008 (continuation): balance size at expensive diseases for 3 months or more (based on the average monthly volume of sale) is observed in 70 subjects of the RF (as at 27.10.2008)
