  1. News In Wide Area Surveillance And Perimeter Protection There are many challenges that arise from wide-area surveillance and perimeter protection. When employees, security personnel or soldiers are confronted from many directions or with multiple intrusions, they need to have full situational awareness and an effective response protocol. Technology coupled with human interaction is the ideal solution to have a safe and secure facility. The proper technology can monitor 24/7 looking for intrusions and people, or autos that are not supposed to be in the area. Technology coupled with a robust human response plan is the best solution to ensure you have a secure perimeter or facility whether it is commercial, industrial, residential, military or governmental. Many technologies have been used with varying results these include basic fencing, ground sensors, radar, standard and thermal cameras, as well as human manpower. Each of these have their benefits and drawbacks, such as some solutions are good for basic deterrents, some work well in lighted areas, some work well in low lighting areas, some work well with fencing, others do not and some have governmental or commercial restrictions that prevent their use. On the downside, there are environmental challenges for some, large upfront costs, large installation costs, complexity and difficulty in operating, on going maintenance costs, human error and the overall the impracticality of some technologies versus the geography, other limitations or site location.

  2. The Thermal Radar suite of systems are designed and manufactured in the USA to exactly meet perimeter and wide- area surveillance application needs and can operate in total darkness, poor weather conditions, are passive and cost- efficient. Thermal Radar-based in Utah, USA, and its real-time continuous 360-degree system has built-in edge-based analytics and is the ideal solution to protect your facility. Threats are automatically detected by the 360-degree thermal sensor and then a PTZ camera zooms in on the intrusion, allowing for identification. Applications generation, Storage yards, Oil and Gas facilities, Mining operations, Prisons, Airports, FOBS and military compounds, Border protection, Ports, Hydro facilities and more. include power Source url- https://bit.ly/31oNeCc
