Nirma Vidyavihar one of the prestigious school of Ahmedabad were using their own offline software to manage their school activities, but the issue raised when the school decided to open their campus in different locations of Ahmedabad. So when Mr. Vatsal Vaishnav, Director of Nirma Vidyavihar approached us their main problem was to control & manage their school campuses located in different location. Nirma was looking for the solution through which they can cut down the expense of file, a paper they were spending to manage school work. Department wanted to synchronize all schools data to an online portal for access and analyze from one place. They also wanted to bridge the communication between school and parents. Apart from that, they asked to provide barcode integration facility for student ID cards. They were also facing the issue in maintaining the collection of cash fees of thousands of students, generating fees related reports, making Progress Card of different exam patterns like SCE in NiramVidyamandir (State board) and CCE in Nirma Vidyavihar ( CBSE Board) School.

  4. Solution Web Based Vidyalaya School Management Software. To help Nirma reach their goals, we provided an integrated web-based solution for school management software. First, we helped them to eliminate issues to manage & observe their school’s activity from anywhere, anytime by providing them a Web-based Vidyalaya School Management Software. With help of our software, Nirma was able to synchronize all school data to the online portal.To build up a communication bridge between school and parents we provided them Vidyalaya mobile application which was access to both Android and IOS platform. In order to maintain the fees collection and depositing in bank effectively fee folio module was provided to them. As Niram wanted separate barcode of each student ID card Vidyalaya provided a customization in that scenario. Now Nirma is able to control all their campus from one location, effectively & efficiently.
