HE FLIRTY EYES EXERCISES Step 1 Place an index finger under each eye, pointing towards the nose. Step 2 Hide the teeth and form an u2018ou2019 with your mouth. Step 3 Flutter the upper eyelids while gazing at the ceiling for 30 seconds. Benefits: Deep eye hollows and drooping eye brows. 5. THE GIRAFFE EXERCISES Step 1 Look straight, place your finger tips at the bottom of the neck and gently stroke the skin downwards with the head tilted back. Step 2 Now, bring the head back down to the chest and repeat it twice. Step 3 Now, jut your lower lip out as far as possible to pull the corners of the mouth down. Place your fingertips on the collarbone with the chin pointed upwards and Hold for the four deep breaths. Benefits: loose skin on the neck 6. DOUBLE CHIN REDUCTION EXERCISES Step 1 Keep your posture upright and your neck erect, then press your lower lip over your upper lip. Step 2 Now, smile and lift the corners of your lips. After this, using your palms, rub the underlying muscle as vigorously for a few times.
