  2. Corporate Actions & Investigations PFC Files Complaint Power Finance Corporation filed a complaint with Delhi EoW against Gensol Engineering Ltd for falsified documents. Adani Exits Telecom Adani Data Networks sold 5G spectrum to Bharti Airtel, shifting to leasing private 5G for infrastructure businesses. Persistent Systems Merger Persistent Systems received NCLT approval for merger of its subsidiary Capiot Software.

Financial Performance Highlights ¹2,163Cr Bajaj Housing Net profit up 25% YoY with loan book at 99,513 crore. ¹ 21.2% Havells W&C Wires & Cables segment grew YoY, representing 33% of Q4 revenue. 30% Adani Green YoY growth in operational capacity to 14.2 GW. 2.05% WPI Inflation India's WPI inflation cooled in March, better than forecasted 2.5%.

  6. Auto Sector Performance Market Rally Indian car companies and auto component makers rose by 5-6%. The rally was triggered by US President Trump's signal on potential tariff exemption. Index Performance The auto sector (led by Tata Motors, M&M, and key auto component makers) drove the major gains. Companies like Tata Motors, M&M, Samvardhana Motherson, and Sona BLW benefited from the positive sentiment. Japanese automakers and South Korean Hyundai and Kia also saw significant gains.

  7. Energy & Power Sector Updates Adani Green Energy Stock rose 5% with 30% YoY growth in operational capacity to 14.2 GW. GMR Power Shares rose 7% following asset spin- off and deleveraging by ¹4,400 crore. Expansion Plans GMR Energy To divest stakes in gas-based and hydroelectric power plants. Adani Green plans to expand capacity to 15.2 GW soon.

Macroeconomic Outlook GDP Forecast World Bank revised India's FY26 growth to 6.3% Growth Slowdown From 6.5% in FY25 due to global uncertainty Economic Support Tax cuts, public capex, and monetary easing expected The World Bank has revised India's growth forecast downward, citing global economic uncertainty and weak exports as key factors affecting the outlook.
