  2. 1. Lowe's Interview Call • If you score well in the online assessments, the HR of your location will call you. HR will ask you basic questions to verify the details you mentioned in the application process. You can prepare for questions like:. • Tell me about yourself. • Why did you choose Lowe's? • What makes you a good fit for the role? • How did you come across this position? • If you complete this round, you’ll qualify for the next stage of Lowe’s interview process — technical/coding interviews. This will be set up in the next 2-3 days.

  3. 2. Lowe’s Technical/Coding Round Lowe’s interview process has a technical interview round for positions such as managerial, software development, and others. The HR manager and the department head will be your interviewers for this round.  They will provide you with a 6- or 7-page pamphlet about what is expected from your position. This interview round has tech leads in Lowe’s interview process for software developer positions. They will ask you domain-specific questions.

Online Test/Coding Round In this interview round, software engineers, developers, and other tech leads will have to solve 20-30 MCQs based on aptitude and technical concepts, followed by some coding questions.
