THE MOST REQUESTED DESIGNS FOR REALISTIC TATTOOS Those who choose to get a realistic tattoo generally have three types of subjects in mind: portraits, significant objects and glimpses of the landscape. Portraits are undoubtedly among the most requested subjects and can depict loved ones and four-legged friends, but also movie stars, sports personalities and religious icons. The glimpses of the landscape, on the other hand, are in most cases linked to past travel experiences or childhood places. Being a precise execution, it is important to rely on competent tattoo artists and to have patience: a realistic tattoo, in fact, can require many hours of work and repeated sessions to be completed.
