  1. Knowledge Management And Organizations The goal of Knowledge Management is to improve organizations efficiency and save knowledge within the company. Often it is referring to learning and training in an organization or of its valuable audience. It exist of a cycle of shaping, sharing, structuring, and auditing of Knowledge to maximize the effectiveness of the collective knowledge of the organization. Three main areas of Knowledge 1.Accumulating Knowledge 2.hoarding Knowledge 3.Sharing Knowledge The goal is to advocate organizational learning and create a learning culture, where the sharing of Knowledge is encouraged and those who are keen to learn and want to better themselves find it easy to do so. When thinking of knowledge management, it is helpful to consider the types of Knowledge and how that type can be made possible to share within the organization.

Tactic Knowledge and explicit Knowledge are the two sort of Knowledge that lies under the definition of knowledge management. Tactic Knowledge is more intuitive, less easy to package and dispense with others.
