  3. About the Course Electronics & Communication Engineering B. Tech (ECE) The Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering, established in 2005 having an intake of 120 seats, offers B. Tech course. The department regularly conducts industrial visits, workshops, seminars, guest lectures. All this together makes it a desirable and sought after preposition to take admission into. The department lays emphasis on deep understanding of fundamental principles and knowledge of electronic devices and circuits, computer architecture and microprocessors, VLSI and Embedded Systems, Analog & Digital communication, Digital Signal Processing, microwave and mobile communication.

Mission and Vision Mission Vision To conduct the electronics and communication engineering program with practical exposure, creating new knowledge and skill-sets by engaging in the research oriented approach and promoting the academic growth. To promote creative thinking and innovations by the students and faculty. To develop strong industry–academia relationship. To nurture students and infuse professional ethics, human values and positive attitude in the students • To impart knowledge and skill of Electronics and Communication to develop and sustain a culture of research while promoting values, innovation, entrepreneurship, ethics and professionalism to meet the needs of industry and society.

(2019-20) • Naveen reached in final round of Online weekly COVID-19 IDEATHON challenge, organized by AKTU (2019-20). • Ms AnshrahNeyaz, Naveen, AshishJha, got selected for Final round in AATMANIRBHAR BHARAT IDEATHON, for their individual project Idea, organized by NPIU New Delhi. Naveen & team got selected for semi final round in Texas Instrumentation Innovation competition-IICDC-2019 (2019-20) at all India level, semi final round hold for COVID-19. • NirbhayTiwari (2018-19) and TanayTripathi (2017-18) got selected at CSIR CEERI Pilani & IIT-D respectively as a Research Associate. • Every year students participate in National level Drish TI online contest conduct by Texas Instrument (TI), where more than 60% students qualify and get score cards. Prizes for zonal winner and runner up are given away. • Ms Pavni Gupta (2017-18) qualified for 2ndround in DST and TI India Innovation Challenge design contest, IIM Bangalore • Paritosh, Kishan and his Team got 1stprize in Robo Race at GBU, Gr.
